For the past few years I have lived and worked in downtown Asheville.
Many of the images I have captured are recognizable.
Some remain and others have evolved or vanished completely.

Some of the photographs represent years of creative suppression, and yet releases the beauty found in such things as vacant alleys, doorways, brick, glass and barbed wire.

Scenes from a ghostly past now brought to its brilliance
with the vibrant look on ceramic tile. An expression of time remembered.
